I work with adults who are tired of trying to force themselves into systems that were never designed for them. My work sits at the intersection of coaching, psychology, lived experience, and a deep respect for nervous systems, capacity, and boundaries.
I support people who are bright, thoughtful, and capable - and also overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in cycles of “I know what to do, but I can’t seem to do it.” I don’t see that as a personal failing, but as an intelligent response to environments that don’t fit.
Discovering my own neurodivergence later in life fundamentally changed how I understand myself, motivation, productivity, and self-trust. It taught me that most neurodivergent people don’t need more pressure, better discipline, or another planner - we need support that works with our brains, our histories, and our real lives.
The name comes from the idea of emergence - real growth unfolds gently, in its own time, when you work with your natural rhythms and respect your capacity. It’s about shedding who you had to be to survive and allowing what’s already within you to surface.
It’s also a quiet nod to the band Sleep Token, particularly this line from the song 'Emergence':
“So, come on, come on
Out from underneath, who you were…
Come on, come on now
You know that it’s time to emerge.”
For me, that lyric captures everything this approach is rooted in: timing, authenticity, and gentle emergence, not pressure or perfection.
I’m a mum to two wonderful teenage daughters and we share our lives with Leela, our Romanian rescue dog (pictured on the next page) - walks and time outdoors with her are a big part of how I regulate.
I’m someone who genuinely loves learning and connecting with like-minded people. Many of my closest relationships are with people who were also late-diagnosed - it’s funny how we seem to have found each other long before we had the language for it.
Movement, music, podcasts, audiobooks, and reading all play a role in how I look after myself. The gym, in particular, has become a grounding space for me - I even use the Ladder app as a kind of body-doubling!
I provide coaching with clear professional boundaries and a commitment to ethical practice. I don’t blur lines, over-promise transformation, or position myself as an expert over you - you are the expert in your life. My role is to walk alongside you, help you make sense of patterns, and co-create strategies that are sustainable - not just impressive on paper.
*Important note: This work is coaching, not therapy. I do not provide trauma processing, counselling, or clinical treatment. My focus is on practical, compassionate support, reflection, and learning strategies that fit your life and nervous system.
I follow the Association for Coaching Global Code of Ethics, ensuring that our work is safe, respectful, and professional.
