Coaching is a collaborative, goal-focused process designed to support personal growth, learning, and self-understanding.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. It does not replace professional advice from qualified medical or mental health practitioners.
Sessions may include practical tools, reflection, and guidance, but you are the expert in your own life.
1:1 coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes.
Group sessions are semi-structured and facilitated by Veronica.
Email or messaging check-ins between sessions may be provided for practical support. These are for coaching purposes only; personal or emergency support will not be provided.
Any guidance given in sessions should be considered general coaching support.
Fees for 1:1 coaching are clearly stated on the Fees page. Sliding scale, reduced-rate, and Pay-What-You-Can options may be available - please enquire if needed.
Group sessions may be fully funded, subsidised, or free, depending on grants or organisational support.
Payment is required before booked sessions unless otherwise agreed.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a 1:1 session.
Sessions cancelled without notice may still incur a fee.
Group session attendance policies will be communicated at the time of registration.
All personal information and coaching discussions are treated confidentially and in line with data protection laws.
Information from forms and registrations may be used anonymously for reporting to grant funders or organisational partners.
Group sessions are safe spaces, but confidentiality cannot be guaranteed between participants.
The Emergence Approach and Veronica are not liable for decisions or actions taken as a result of coaching.
Coaching involves personal reflection and growth; you engage with sessions at your own discretion.
All services are offered in line with the Association for Coaching global code of ethics.
Boundaries, consent, and neurodivergent-affirming practices are central to every session.
By booking a session or registering for a group, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this site.
