Each month we'll have a simple theme to get the conversation started, then open things up for people to share, ask questions and chat about what's working for them.
The group is semi-structured, so there's enough shape to the session without it feeling like a formal workshop. The aim is to create a supportive space where everyone can take part in a way that feels comfortable, while keeping the conversation useful and manageable for the group as a whole.
You can join with cameras on or off, and share as much or as little as you want either out loud or in the chat box.
No diagnosis needed! We welcome those who are self-diagnosed, suspect they might have ADHD or have a loved one with ADHD and want to learn more about understanding and supporting them from the experiences of others.
You don't need to have ADHD to join us. People with other neurotypes, overlapping experiences or co-occurring conditions are also very welcome.
I look forward to meeting you!
