Feel overwhelmed or stuck
Want to better understand their neurodivergence and find ways of working that actually fit
Want support that respects capacity, boundaries, autonomy and consent
Have felt excluded from traditional coaching by cost, culture, or intensity
This work focuses on sustainable change - not optimisation, pushing, or “fixing.”
Every coaching relationship starts with a free 30-minute discovery call. This is a chance to explore your goals, see if we’re a good fit, and decide what kind of support will work best for you - without any pressure or commitment.
Many neurodivergent women have spent years feeling out of place or navigating things on their own. Alongside one-to-one work, I offer group spaces designed to support learning, reflection, and connection with others who understand and relate. These are gentle spaces with clear boundaries - not performative, not forced.
This work isn’t about bypassing difficulty or forcing positivity. We make space for what’s hard, while also noticing strengths, patterns, and possibilities that are often overlooked.
I offer coaching that supports you to make sense of things in your own way, rather than prescribing solutions or forcing change. Our work focuses on understanding what’s actually getting in the way, noticing patterns with curiosity rather than judgement, and building approaches that work with your capacity, nervous system, and real life.
I don’t believe in pushing, fixing, or performing progress. Instead, we work collaboratively, at a pace that feels sustainable, with respect for your autonomy, boundaries, and lived experience.
Some people find it helpful to have focused support for specific tasks - for example, completing PIP forms, Access to Work paperwork, work capability forms, or grant applications. This can be booked alongside coaching or as a standalone service. The aim is to make these tasks less overwhelming, more manageable, help you find your own answers, and provide structure without pressure.
